Kerrie holds a Diploma of Financial Services (Conveyancing) from RMIT, is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives Victoria and a Certified Practising Conveyancer (Australian Institute of Conveyancers (Vic Div)).

Kerrie is assisted by her daughter, Jessica Fletcher, also a competent Licensed Conveyancer. Jessica has a long standing background in the settlement industry and has been working in the Conveyancing industry for well over 10 years. Kerrie holds a Diploma of Financial Services (Conveyancing) and is a Certified Practising Conveyancer as recognised by the Australian Institute of Conveyancers (Victorian Division).

Kerrie is also a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives (Victoria).

Jessica Fletcher - Conveyancing Assistant

Jessica has been working in the Conveyancing industry for over 15 years, firstly as a settlement clerk and for the last 11 years as Kerrie’s assistant. As Kerrie’s daughter, Jessica has grown up with conveyancing all around her and her transition into this industry was an easy one.

Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts from Deakin University – having majored in History and she spent three months studying in Canada during her university years.

Jessica is a fully qualified Licensed Conveyancer.

Jessica and Kerrie work perfectly as a team, with all files being handled together which means that either one of us can answer all of your questions.
